Quick Facts
- Free exchange & return within 60 days
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, using the original payment method, and are only available for purchases made in our webshop
- Item must be in perfect condition, unused
- The original packaging with all associated accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, inserts or boxes
- No exchanges and returns for personalized items
Return your order
After receiving your item(s) and after inspection by our quality staff, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process after order cancellation.
Online returns
Register your return via the following link: https://motif.shipping-portal.com/rp/- Prepare the package - Place your item(s) in the original Mótif packaging and seal the package
- Stick the shipping label on your package
- Cover the original address label with the new enclosed pre-paid return label
- Close your package properly with the adhesive strip on the inside of the original box
- Drop off your package at the carrier - Drop off your package at a pick-up location
