- Free exchange & return within 30 days
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, using the original payment method, and are only available for purchases made in our webshop
- Item must be in perfect condition, unworn
- The original packaging with all associated accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, inserts or boxes
- No exchanges and returns for personalized items
Return your order
After receiving your item(s) and after inspection by our quality staff, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process after order cancellation.

Call or email Customer Service to activate the prepaid return label included in your package

- You can choose to have your package collected for free or to drop it off at the nearest drop-off point
- You will receive an email confirming your return request, as well as all collection details in case of a collection
- Your cancellation takes effect on the date you call or email
- Prepare the package
- Place your item(s) in the original Mótif packaging and seal the package
- Stick the shipping label on your package (in case of a drop-off)
- Cover the original address label with the enclosed pre-paid return label
- Close your package properly
- Hand over the package to the carrier (in case of a collection) or deliver your package to the carrier
- Hand over the sealed package to the driver in case of a scheduled pick-up or drop off your package at any pick-up location
Online returns
- Connect to your MyMotif account
- Register your return in the My Orders tab of your MyMotif account to activate the pre-printed return label in your package
- Prepare the package - Place your item(s) in the original Mótif packaging and seal the package
- Stick the shipping label on your package
- Cover the original address label with the new enclosed pre-paid return label
- Close your package properly with the adhesive strip on the inside of the original box
- Drop off your package at the carrier - Drop off your package at a pick-up location
